• This promotion is valid for orders placed between 01/04/2024-30/04/2024.

2. Eligibility:

• The promotion is limited to the first 10 customers who place orders totalling $10,000 or more, excluding GST, in APC by Schneider Electric products or service contracts through Natural Power Solutions. Pty Ltd
• Exclusions: Repairs and time-and-material orders are not included.

3. Exclusions:

• Only orders of APC by Schneider Electric products are considered for this promotion; other brands or products are not included.
• Exclusions: Repairs, time-and-material and labour only orders (excluding new or renewal service agreements) are not included.

4. Qualifying Products:
• The promotion covers a range of APC by Schneider Electric products. For a list of qualifying products, please refer to your sales representative.

5. Promotional Item:
• Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a free Sony Playstation 5 Console with their qualifying order.
• Limit one Sony Playstation 5 Console per eligible customer and business account for the full promotional period only.
• The promotional item is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• This promotion is not affiliated with Sony in any way.

6. Delivery:
• The Sony Playstation 5 Console will be delivered separately from the qualifying order.
• Delivery is within Australia only.
• Delivery times for the promotional item may vary based on location and availability.

7. Offer Limits:
• Each eligible customer is entitled to one free Sony Playstation 5 Console for the full promotional period.
• The promotion is limited to while stocks last and may be suspended at any time.

8. Cancellation/Returns:
• In the event of order cancellation or product return, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.
• If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
