- Promotion Period:
- The promotion is valid for orders placed and invoiced between 18/11/2024-13/12/2024.
- Eligibility:
- Customers are eligible for the promotion with orders of Eaton products amounting to $6,000 or more (excluding GST).
- The promotion is applicable to hardware purchases and new or renewal service agreements only. It does not include repairs and time-and-material orders.
- Invoicing:
- Orders must be invoiced within the promotional period to qualify for the free Weber Baby-Q BBQ.
- Exclusions:
- Only orders of Eaton products are considered for the promotion; other brands or products are not included.
- Qualifying Products:
- The promotion covers a range of Eaton products. For a list of qualifying products, please refer to your sales representative.
- Promotional Item:
- Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a free Weber Baby-Q BBQ with their qualifying order.
- The promotional item is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- Delivery:
- The Weber Baby-Q BBQ will be delivered separately from the qualifying order.
- Delivery times for the promotional item may vary based on location and availability.
- Should the promotional item become unavailable, NPS reserves the right to provide a different item of similar value or postpone delivery of the promotional item until stock becomes available.
- Offer Limits:
- Each customer is eligible for one free Weber Baby-Q BBQ per qualifying order.
- The promotion is limited to while stocks last and may be suspended at any time.
- Cancellation/Returns:
- In the event of order cancellation or product return, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.
- If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
- Promotion Modification:
- The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the discretion of the company.
- Compliance:
- Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in this promotion.
