  1. Promotion Period:
    • The promotion is valid for orders placed between 01/03/2026 – 31/03/2026.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Customers are eligible for the promotion with orders of Eaton products amounting to $6,000 or more (excluding GST).
    • The promotion is applicable to hardware purchases, new or renewal service agreements and time-and-material orders only. It does not include repairs.
  3. Invoicing:
    • Orders must be received within the promotional period to qualify for the free Ninja Slushi Machine.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Only orders of Eaton products are considered for the promotion; other brands or products are not included.
  5. Qualifying Products:
    • The promotion covers a range of Eaton products. For a list of qualifying products, please refer to your sales representative.
  6. Promotional Item:
    • Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a free Ninja Slushi Machine with their qualifying order.
    • The promotional item is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  7. Delivery:
    • The Ninja Slushi Machine will be delivered separately from the qualifying order.
    • Delivery times for the promotional item may vary based on location and availability.
    • Should the promotional item become unavailable, NPS reserves the right to provide a different item of similar value or postpone delivery of the promotional item until stock becomes available.
  8. Offer Limits:
    • Each customer is eligible for one free Ninja Slushi Machine per qualifying order.
    • The promotion is limited to while stocks last and may be suspended at any time.
  9. Cancellation/Returns:
    • In the event of order cancellation or product return, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.
    • If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
  10. Promotion Modification:
    • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  11. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the discretion of the company.
  12. Compliance:
    • Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in this promotion.
