Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion is valid for orders placed and invoiced between 17/9/2025 – 17/10/2025
2. Eligibility:
   • Customers are eligible for the promotion with orders of only Vertiv ITA2 5-10kVA and/or GXT5 1-30kVA UPS and related product accessories amounting to $10,000 or more (excluding GST and freight).
   • The promotion is applicable to ITA2 5-10kVA and GXT5 1-30kVA UPS and related product accessories only. It does not include other hardware products, installation and servicing.
3. Invoicing:
   • Orders must be invoiced within the promotional period to qualify for the free Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee machine.
4. Exclusions:
   • Only orders of eligible Vertiv products are considered for the promotion; other brands or products are not included.
5. Qualifying Products:
   • The promotion covers only the ITA2 5-10kVA and GXT5 1-30kVA UPS product range. For a list of qualifying products, please refer to your sales representative.
6. Promotional Item:
   • Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a free Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee machine with their qualifying order.
   • The promotional item is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
7. Delivery:
   • The Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee machine will be delivered separately from the qualifying order.
   • Delivery times for the promotional item may vary based on location and availability.
   • Should the promotional item become unavailable, NPS reserves the right to provide a different item of similar value or postpone delivery of the promotional item until stock becomes available.
8. Offer Limits:
   • The promotion is valid for one free Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee machine per customer with a qualifying order, unless otherwise approved by NPS.
   • The promotion is limited to while stocks last and may be suspended at any time.
9. Cancellation/Returns:
   • In the event of order cancellation or product return, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.
   • If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
10. Promotion Modification:
    • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the discretion of the company.
12. Compliance:
    • Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in this promotion.
